Founded by Ayesha Mir, a mother, a lifelong Early Childhood Educator and a Kindergarten teacher. My story began as a working mother seeking reliable, high-quality care that fit real family schedules. When they couldn’t find it, they built it.
Today, my mission continues: to provide flexible, innovative, and high-quality childcare that adapts to the ever-evolving needs of families.

Meet the Director
Hello, I am Ayesha Mir, the Owner and Director of Creative Care Montessori.
I am a licensed Early Childhood Educator with Infant/Toddler and Special Needs certification. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Beginning my career as a kindergarten teacher, I have extensive Canadian experience working with young children.
My focus lies in ensuring in creating a nurturing environment where children can balance learning with fun while building confidence in their own abilities. I always try to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere and use both theory and activity-based learning approaches to help children develop and prepare them for their future.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband and children and sharing laughter with friends.
